Welcome

All students are required to have a University ID Card. This card identifies you as a student of the University, and being a smart card, allows you access to services such as catering, library, accommodation and buildsings. We need a photograph of you to produce your card, so please ensure you send us this using this web service.

You should use a mobile or digital camera which produces photographs using the JPEG format, but ensure the photograph is of high quality - a passport type photograph is what we are looking for!

How Should My Photograph Look?

The University requires a good quality photograph, like your passport photograph. See the examples of both poor and good photographs.

Please fill in the boxes below, we will then be able to match your details to your account. Once sent, your photograph will be assessed for fit to the guidelines to the left. If it does not meet the requirements it will be rejected, you will be sent another email and invited to try again here.

If it is accepted, you will receive your new University ID card in due course.

Photographs belonging to applicants that do not choose to take up their place at the University will be deleted when we receive confirmation.

Sharing a photo means other individuals in the University will be able to see it if they search you, or view your profile. We recommend you SHARE your photograph.
